Small Groups

Bethel Church believes that it is important to belong to the church family at different levels. In public worship with the larger body, in mid-sized groups, such as Sunday School or special events, and in small groups of 10-20 people of all ages. This gives us opportunities to grow spiritually, both personally and corporately. We also understand that God is working in each of our lives in different ways. There are several different types of groups at Bethel Church.

Lent Small Groups

Theme: Where is GOD?

Small groups will be studying the Book of Job during the season of Lent. Prepare your heart for Easter over the coming weeks with a small group. Groups will start meeting after Ash Wednesday (March 6th) for six weeks.

Small Groups

Life Groups

Life Groups are about “doing life together.” Though each group has its own culture, there are values that stay the same.
Three non-negotiables of a Life Group:
  • Eating together (potluck style dinner)
  • Studying the Bible and praying together
  • Mission together (local and international)

Home Bible Studies

Home Bible Studies meet in various homes, studying various topics. These groups are usually focused on long-term relationship with short-term study topics.

Women's Bible Studies

There are usually Women’s Bible Studies happening during the school year. Sign up for any of the groups and show up. Women's Bible Studies cover a variety of topics.

Men's Small Groups

Men’s Small Groups are part of Bethel’s Men’s Ministry. Recommended studies are distributed through the ministry, but each group is encouraged to use a study that fits the culture and needs of their own group.
