Bethel Ministry Update - March 19, 2020
Bethel is still open for ministry! Our physical doors may be semi-closed, our building may be mostly empty, and our gathered worship and activities may be suspended, but by God's grace, we are still the church on Mission for Christ in our generation!
We're making room as the church scattered and SENT! Thank you! These are times to walk across our yards to make sure our neighbors are okay, and build deeper relationships with those around us. Thank you for lifting up the name of Jesus during these times!
TODAY, we want you to know THREE (3) THINGS:
SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP - MARCH 22 & 29
We will operate on Sunday morning just as we did this past weekend. You'll find a link at the top of our website, on our mobile app and and Facebook Page to watch a full worship service by 8:00 AM Sunday morning. You will also find links to Faith@Home activities for the children gathered with you, along with devotionals and offering instructions.
OFFERING & GENERAL GIVING
Many have already set up automatic giving, while many others usually give in-person on Sunday mornings. There are two options for giving during this time:
FERGUS FALLS FOOD SHELF - TOILET PAPER
The office just received a phone call this morning from the City of Fergus Falls. They are reopening the food shelf this week and are receiving many calls for toilet paper. IF YOU HAVE EXTRA TOILET PAPER that you can give to help those in need in our community, we will have a trailer parked in the Bethel Fergus Falls parking lot collecting donations. We will deliver these donations at 4:00 PM TODAY & TOMORROW.
ALSO, if you would like to serve the elderly during this time with grocery shopping or other needs, please simply REPLY to this email indicating your willingness and Bethel Parish Nurse Julie Gundersen will get you connected.
